Join the island first. Reports include up to 20 recent messages from your current room. Routine chat is retained for one day, reports for 30 days.
Chat coverage
Preset chatFree chat requires active staff coverage. Start only when you can moderate. Coverage expires within 90 seconds if this desk is closed, hidden or loses its connection.
